• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. Once a booking is made, a confirmation will be sent to you via email or SMS.
• Payment: Payments must be made in full at the time of booking through the payment methods provided on our website.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of booking will be the final amount.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

• Rescheduling: Bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Customers must contact the Sportsage team to enable the rescheduling option.
• Cancellations: Cancellations are only allowed due to issues at the venue, such as power outages, rain, or other unforeseen circumstances. The right to cancel bookings is reserved by the Sportsage team.
• Refunds: If a booking is canceled by Sportages, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Code of Conduct

• Behavior: All users are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner while on the premises. Offensive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of booking privileges.
• Use of Facilities: Users must adhere to all rules and guidelines posted at the venue. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without a refund.

Liability and Waiver

• Assumption of Risk: By participating in activities at Sportages, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with sports and physical activities.
• Waiver of Liability: Sportages is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur on our premises. Users participate at their own risk.
• Personal Belongings: Sportsage is not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Please ensure your items are secure.
