Rescheduling Policy:

1. Customers can reschedule their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled booking time.
2. To reschedule, customers must contact the Sportages team. Our team will enable the rescheduling option, allowing the customer to proceed with the changes.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Booking cancellations are permitted only in case of issues at the venue such as power outages, rain, or other unforeseen problems.
2. The Sportages team reserves the exclusive right to cancel bookings.
3. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 working days.

No Shows

If you do not show up for your booking, you will not be eligible for a refund.
